Yummy

This is my favourite recipe for chocolate brownies - it is so simple and ohh so delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
250gm (8oz) butter
1 1/3 cups sifted plain flour
2 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup sifted cocoa powder
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Pour mixture into a 20cm square cake tin (line the cake tin with baking paper to avoid the mixture sticking to the base and sides).
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for around 15 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla yoghurt, ice-cream or cream.

This chocolate brownie can be frozen for 8-10weeks. I like to cut it all up when it's fresh and freeze a few portions for later enjoyment.

Sorry I don't have photos of the finished product for you, mine never turns out to be particularly pretty but it's what's on the inside that counts! Mmmm yummy.
