We had hubby's folks over for afternoon tea today. Twas quite delightful! I made Snickerdoodle biscuits (weird name, but delicious) and Choc coconut muffins which look a little odd in this photo as we decided to try to make our own icing sugar by grinding white sugar with a mortar and pestle - I would not recommend this method... as you can see we ended up with grainy running over sweet icing. The muffins themselves were good though. Must remember to stock up on essentials such as icing sugar when we are expecting guests next.
