Little Pud'

With less than an hour to go till Christmas I thought I would share a quick sweet treat with you. 

What you'll need:

A packet of Arnott's Chocolate Royale biscuits

6 mint leaf lollies

12 Jaffas

Icing sugar

A dash of water

Method:

Place your biscuits out on a tray or plate. Cut your mint leaf lollies in half lengthwise and widthwise, so you have 24 pieces. Mix your icing sugar with a dash of water, you want to create a toothpaste consistency. Place a dollop of icing sugar on top of each biscuit. Place one Jaffa on the top of the icing sugar on each biscuit, then place a piece of Mint Leaf either side on the Jaffa. Voila! Cute mini Christmas puddings in only a few minutes! Get your little pud's in the fridge asap to set the icing sugar. Super sweet and super cute. Merry Christmas.
